Old news.....A.G. Edwards issued a Company Report on August 19, 1999 for QUALCOMM Inc..

On August 19, 1999 A.G. Edwards analyst Greg Teets issued a 16 page Company Report on QUALCOMM Inc. Report
highlights: 'The rating was upgraded from Maintain to BUY to reflect fiscal 3Q99, improved outlook and a recent drop in share
price. The fiscal 1999 and 2000 EPS estimates were increased from $2.12 to $2.37 and from $2.77 to $3.81, respectively.
The company reported fiscal 3Q99 EPS of $0.75 versus estimates of $0.64. The company is expected to generate earnings
growth of 35% over the next three years.'

SAN DIEGO -- Qualcomm stock shot up nearly 5 percent yesterday after
more regulators approved the use of the company's satellite mobile phones for
global use. Qualcomm climbed $9.561/4 to close at $204.311/4. The
company said its hand-held and fixed telephones, designed for use on the
Globalstar L.P. satellite-based communications system, have been approved
by the Federal Communications Commission and a British regulatory board.

I would like to congratulate all those who have held Q through this amazing run! It is an accomplishment and test of ones nerves and patience. I have held through part of it, but not all.

Rose - Thank you for reminding us how far we have come. On that day my average paper loss on my original holdings was about $12 per share (split adjusted). While I did not have the means then to buy more, I also never even considered selling.

I would never have dreamed then we would have moved so far so fast. Talk about "Internet years."

Rose,

I was aware of the anniversary. I remember the bottom was about 11:00 am pacific time and I was going nuts on the amat thread telling everyone to buy everything they could. It was literally painful to do, but the run was so incredible off the bottom. Between 10/8 and 4/8, I had about 5 down days. I'm sure many of you have similar stories. We should enjoy it becasue history shows us that having years like this are extraordinarily rare, if they ever happen in our lifetimes.
