Thean and all:

Just a quick pointer to a site that presents a variety of conference calls. There is one archived, which I haven't listened to yet, with an analyst discussing HIFN, AMCC, et al the day of HIFN's catastrophe.

Just so it should come as NO suprise......right after the close Friday the legal vultures issues a press release announcing the class action suit against HIFN management and board.

What took them so long? The ink is probably not even dry on filing papers...<g>

Good idea Thean.

I am sure that as we invest/play the semi arena, we'll run up against the virtues of investigating and investing in higher multiple stocks in mo-mo mode.

It would be prudent to be aware of managements perception by WS. In this case, one of my larger holding, JDSU (a certainly high price stock) has an absolutely EXCELLENT record and confidence with most of Wall Street.

So does EMC, which is another one we all either follow, or have investments in.
