Picking out one small point in your post:

<< Especially, when a big rule in science is the Theory of thermal dynamics says that everything will decay at some point. So which is it, is it decaying? Or is it producing new life from a DNA structure that can not be changed but is according to its kind as said in Genesis? >>

You're referring to the Second Law of Thermodynamics which, roughly restated, says that net entropy always increases. This does allow a local decrease in entropy (such as in a biological system) as long as it is counterbalanced by a larger increase in the larger surrounding environment.

Give scientists some credit for intelligence (maybe a lot of credit?) They are not so stupid as to formulate a law which, on just a little examination, is wrong.
