Though I am a poor substitute for Herm, I have the answer to your question. The "E" at the end of the symbol stands for the Chicago Exchange, and the "A" stands for the Amex. Evidently IFMX options trade on these two exchanges. Click on the highlighted symbol, it will tell you which exchange that extra letter stands for. For fun look at MSFT it trades on several more exchanges.
