Sector-I don't believe we have a disagreement. Presumably MRV will still supply NAC with components, and with 45% or so ownership, will
participate meaningfully in any upside. My premise is that the upside is now more likely to occur and will happen without consuming more of MRV's resources,either capital or management. It is a fact that we do have an awful lot on our plate for such a small company and IMHO a narrowing of focus is timely. Juniper is pretty firmly entrenched in the fast lane and if they can put NAC in tow, some remarkable product placement may happen. As we each like the prospects, although perhaps,for different reasons, we should agree that MRV is a likely beneficiary of the deal. I will certainly agree that in the long-run the market will correlate to the bottom line.
