Lee....I use Quicken for recording trading activity....I would recommend you get the one that has Turbo Tax with it if you prepare your own tax returns, because Quicken will "export" the trading data right to the tax return for you.

I got the Quicken 2000 Suite....it has Quicken, Turbo Tax, Quicken Family Lawyer, they also threw in a couple of extras for ordering online....the whole thing cost me $89.95.....they send the Quicken and stuff right away, but the Turbo Tax they send right after the first of the year.

Lee,

I think MS Money is far superior then Quicken....I have both, but quit using quicken since MS money is easier to use and does so much more. It's sold everywhere....JJ

I use Quicken, it is simple and fast to use. It will save you a lot of heartache and fried brains come tax time, budgets etc. I use Quicken Suite as it has everything we need. Yes, you need a special software program, you can buy it at most computer stores. It does come on a disk. If your computer has a disk drive there should be a button somewhere on it to open the drive. Stick it in, it is very simple to follow the directions from there. Good luck.
