I didn't say it was impossible to make money holding options right now, just hard. Personally, I think the safest way to invest in options, is yes, just buy the cheap ones, because they have the lowest risk and the highest return potential. But I also always place a limit order to sell half of my holdings for slightly more than twice my buy price. That way, if the limit order executes, which it usually does, the options and commission are paid for, and the rest is just pure, unadulterated profit, and&#151no risk.
