I have some warrants in addition to the stock, but presently they don't have much value and I plan to hold them. My gut feel is that the warrants are very speculative right now, as they are too far out of the money.

Check out this neat web site I found today. It is a complete search engine just for SEC filings, and is a useful tool.I came across this neat search engine for SEC filings. Check it out!

<<Do any posters here have knowledge of the following?
How many warrants remain outstanding as of this time (taking into consideration any that have known to have been cancelled by management or through their acquisition)??>>

As of the annual meeting a few weeks ago I believe there were over 8 million warrants outstanding. I understand the volujme has been high since then so the number could be lower now but I don't know.

<<What are the terms of exercise for the warants..date and exercise price??>>

The exercise price I think is $5.50. The date is sometime in mid-2002.

<<Thanks...also what are your thoughts about holding/purchasing warrants vis a vis buying the common shares outright??
How many common shares remain outstanding??..and of those how many are held closely by management or other insiders??>>

I think there are about 7 milion shares outstanding. Many shares are held by insiders. Get the latest annual report formthe company or find their 10K or 10Q to get the exact numbers. As far as whether to purchase shares or warrants, that is up to you, but generally there is less risk in shares than warrants.

Any other opinions feel free to add here.
