I tried to compare Care Matrix, Altera and Sunrise, but it's an impossible task. Each has different #'s of tenants.

I just came away thinking Sunrise is just ripe for consolidation. But even the biggest, Altera, has revenues only 50% more.

If we are just a little patient I think we will make some $$$$.

I have Altera's and Care Matrix annual report. The internet ain't good for scrolling thru an annual report. So I guess I'll get one from Sunrise.

I scrolled through their news releases for the year and discovered one of their strategies is to sell their homes and keep the management contracts, freeing up cash. They have sold 4 in the past year.

This would appear to be a good way of extracting themselves from any financial binds. And they don't appear to be in a bind now.
