Hmmm, serious charge... Where did you see this? Insolvent means that they don't have enough cash to continue operating, and won't be able to liquidate their assets to cover liabilities. Where did you see that they don't have enough cash to continue operating? The company officials have claimed otherwise. And recent equity sales indicate that there are investors willing to keep investing money in the company, and provide cash to allow the company to execute their business plan. No liquidation in sight. Looks like another big MGV lie. Paul
