djoobahjieh: 'IF ... if ... if ...' Wow. What a straw man.

Do you suppose Berg would continue buying stock IF this was the current scenario?

Do you suppose the new investors would continue to pour money into this company if this was the scenario they discovered after performing their due diligence?

Do you suppose the Industrial Development Board (IDB) of the Northern Ireland gov't. would not monitor the progress of the company before they: 1) made it easier for them to begin accessing the $30M or so already promised; 2) tossed in another $3M in August, for additional expansion of the facility?

Answer to all: NO.

Conversely, all signs and statements point to a successful development of a COMMERCIAL PRODUCT that HAS ALREADY BEEN SOLD to some customers, and is under evaluation by literally dozens of OEMs... and company reports they now have all equipment at the NI facility to enable the revenue rate Lev mentioned during the last conference call (yes, Larry, they've taken delivery of it... and it was within months, not a year away as you tried to argue... LOL!... but you'll have to CALL them to hear this FACT...)...

Valence is PLAYING TO WIN rather than 'playing not to lose' like many of their competitors have.

Now about those POs....

PS to John: I have to agree with INVestor, my gut says sooner rather than later... SEC isn't going to go hard after Berg if all he did was help defend the company stock against an EVIL short attack... worst case is he just gives up the gains. No big deal! No matter how close POs are, I would wager that Berg would ALWAYS step in to screw the shorts and put an end to their nonsense....

Though I note that he did VERY LITTLE buying this last month... the strong support came instead from NEW MONEY.... shorts beware!!
