Hi Muzzy, Somewhere along the line she did ask forgiveness or apologize publicly. I could probably find out when. The thing is: forgiveness is fine, but honoring is not.

I liked your statement though about being glad that she was honored because it brings it up - not so much for her pain - but more that it helps as a vehicle to teach those who follow behind us, or those who have never really dealt with the concept of honor, country, freedom etc something to think about and perhaps a stepping stone to help them too, work toward keeping and restoring this country to the true ideal of freedom for all - betrayal in any form is ugly - there are others of so called privilege, and position who hide behind the highest title in the land who have also betrayed this glorious country and worked for the demise of its principles.

Forgiveness is for our own peace of mind/responsibility remains though to use the 'road signs of betrayers' -( the actions of the Jane Fonda's and the Bill Clinton's )- to instruct others in ways of right thinking and right actions.

Thank you, for your service, to this wonderful country. Honor
