Gee, mr. djoobajieh, I made a few simple points and you ignored them.

Many know a lot more about the company status than is in the SEC filings, because the company is very direct if only you would speak with them.

So 'speculate' to your heart's content....

Valence CAN make this product, and IS making and selling their cells. They've overcome the hurdles their competitors are struggling with.

You can talk about how much trouble competitors have had, but that is their trouble, not Valence's. Valence has been going at this problem for a long, long time, and the pile of patents (some of which are clearly for defensive purposes) indicate they've grappled with many of these problems and solved them a few years ago... before they threw their resources to implementing them in Northern Ireland. Have you seen the facility running? Many have. Are you aware of the quality control processes in place at each step? Yes, to get to where they are today they had to overcome numerous unexpected hurdles. No doubt many arose this last year as they were trying to run the facility end-to-end for the first time. And they've solved them. That is the nature of building a factory for the first time from the ground up: you go to work each day, looking for the next problem to solve. Then one day, you cannot find any more... ;-)

BTW, you mention the Klockner line... don't you know, that over this last year, Valence had to rebuild it on their own? The technology in place is truly NOT 'Klockner'-based. In fact, if you were listening carefully, Lev mentioned during the last call that the designs for equipment that Valence came up with for their suppliers are now under Valence's distribution control... ;-)

And with Lev bullishly discussing revenue-rates from the facility, once a handful of delineated pieces of equipment were in place, AND how much it would grow with expansion of an additional high-speed large-format line this next year (to $250M/yr, based on *conservative* pricing...), ... well, you can worry about whether they can do it... but the world isn't waiting for you to finish worrying .... ;-)

With 25% year-over-year growth for the laptop, handheld, and cellphone market, any lithium-polymer player who can mass produce will be able to sell all they make.

You're tilting at windmills if you are seriously concerned about the things you claim. Sorry if I don't share your 'concerns.' They've got the goods, and POs are a matter of 'when,' not 'if,' from what I see and hear.
