Tapdog, I don't follow PXCM, but it is not unusual for a stock to be pumped up so that insiders can sell. See LAMR for another example.

Tapdog, also on PXCM Datek has no shares available to short, this is usually a very good indication that the stock is a good short if you can find the shares elsewhere.
