Does anyone here think that one reason insiders agreed not to sell shares until April 2000 is to ward off a takeover? I like that notion.

BTW - The Industry Standard article got it wrong with respect to the date of the FRO deal. The FRO deal was announced March 16th, therefore before the C&W cable-laying operation, not after as reported.
