I've begun a discussion on hosting site and colocation performance metrics which Dave Horne has already joined in, by submitting an interesting copy of a Juptier Communications report on the topic. I was inspired earlier today to start this discussion by some upstream posts in this thread. I should add, however, that I've taken the focus off of EXDS, specifically. Besides, I doubt that Ellen Hancock would allow many of the conditions I've cited in my post to exist in her own centers.
