I am feeling more and more like it is the right thing to do. Scary though. I think I worry too much.LOL My Grandmother had a small cottage in Carmel. She had a terraced back yard. (wood I think) She had a wonderful garden. Terracing has a very nice effect...seems like a great deal of work though. Gardening on a hill must be difficult. Good work out. I have not been keeping up with the thread. Did you buy an older home? Did you get hard wood floors??
