LOL Tommy, Don't they ALL have every intention? LOL Fisher was smart..he merged in to a shell that was later in the alphabet (SGYT). I have a few months before I have to start worrying about it (not due until April). Of course, it is going to be submitted before the end of this year <VBG>. I certainly understand your point. At this stage of the game.. I am only buying in to companies that I feel stand a good chance of filing. If they haven't filed within 60 days of their due date..I'm out. Here's the weird part. I am in 4 OTCs right now. 2 of them are reporting companies, that seem to do better every filing. Yet, the 2 NOT reporting (FHTV and OGPS), have by far out performed the other 2. Let's face it.. most penny investors are looking for that very rare "Fairy Tale Story"... in most cases, filings are just too harsh a reality. LOL Good Luck! Deb'
