The CENTRAL bANK OF China certainly has a job cut out for them, we have to wish them well. But, They will make mistakes, all CB's do at one time or another, their only human. But in the Central Bank of China's case an inflationary mistake will surely lead to a large increase in gold demand.
"Gold follows money, this is true for countries as well as individuals".
So if China does well, gold demand will rise, if China misses the mark and inflation gets out of hand, gold demand increases, either way China AND Asia is the future for gold demand.
We better keep an eye on the gold passing through the door in the "bamboo curtain".
(i say this will all respect for the Chinese people) .
No one pays much attention to an ant (FINANCIALLY SPEAKING)
, but when THEY (1 billion) decide to head for the sugar bowl(GOLD), it does not take long for the grains of sugar to disappear and we may find the bowl empty! ha,ha.
