Gary Hi Gary, Yes, it's available on the net, but I don't recall where or what it was called. I looked for it on AskJeeves.com, but couldn't find it. Instead, this popped up: worldm-anetwork.com I've never heard of them. I checked out their website and searched for buyers of IT firms. I found this ad: "U.S. / East, Midwest Our firm has been retained by a private equity partnership searching for IT INDUSTRY COMPANIES with minimum revenues of $15MM." Amy J
