Charter market cap should eventually fall between 21 and 24 billion if we use a valuation of 18-20x cash flow for 1999( 1.2 billion after aquisitions)according to a recent article. If the outstanding is 170 million shares then the share price should fall between 125 and 150 approximately. If anyone on the board can comment on or further refine these estimates , please post. Anyone know the float numbers? Charter will fill the fourth largest position in the cable market. Does anyone know the top 3 players? How do these compare to charter on terms of revenues, cash flow, proforma losses and stock valuation...ie....market cap. Looking forward to being a "charter member".
