it does look like theres 570 million out there..i think the question is .. whats it worth after a 12 to one or 15 to one reverse/meger. if its .15 or so then the price is now right .. if its .4 to .5 then its a good buy, and whats is going to do when cleaned up. the potential conflict does exsist , thats why its declared,bt to date mvee seems to be getting really good product to develop. there not in a position yet to risk huge money on a "blockbuster" so the movies they are doing would fit very well for there size. what i think is key is the ability of the company to actually get these deals done. another key point is that many companies with the same float are empty shells and they trade at this price.. this is not empty by any stretch of the imagination, they just have a lot of stock out there, and i hope that that is dealt with.. the fileing would tend to make me think that they are moving forward and wishto remain compliant with regulations and are getting structured to grow.
the actual price isnt that relevent right now , only in the sense of the ratio to the final price post merger, and it looks like the independent valuation is the best way to do that because mvee has more "value " than its stock price would sugest. they wouldnt go to the expense of the paper work if they didnt plan to move forward imo..
