There is a following under CLRT on yahoo. CLRT issued an 8K document
with the SEC posted on Edgar Friday. Looks like someone has loaned
them 5 million. From reading FTRK's SEC papers, they need all
the money they can get. Not a pretty story.
But I give them credit for airing their dirty laundry to make this
merger work.

Steve - Something picking it up today. Filing is in, merger looks to be a go. Some drip financing in place. Starting to get excited about the last few months of the year. What do you think?
