Get that damn ratio out of the cellar!! ;-) Sheesh, negative divergence between the ratio and the market last week.

Oooooooooo...aaaahhhhhhhhhh....IGCA is just what a good secondary is supposed to look like on the price chart.
IVGN and ONDI look good too. Those two need a bit of vol. but if they get it, they'll go.
