Richard, I suspect these GATA and other lawsuits will be simple attempts to settle. The hedge and gold markets have been threatened by these lawsuits for years and they have evolved mechanisms to defend themselves very well...like offshore accounts. Barrick cannot be sued, Cambior will become worthless...perhaps. This GATA thing is a fools game. Nice to read.....mystery gold manipulation groups get sued...common man wins....this does not often happen. Watch and see if GATA starts asking for 'donations' to pursue their case, the clear mark they have lost and do not send them a penny. Bill
