A Strong But was reiterated on September 20, 1999 by Jessup & Lamont Securities. Got a copy from Zach's.

Highlights:
- Anticipates sharp increase in procedures based on patient backlogs in 49 US hospitals "that own PLC's heart laser."
- PLC gets $1,500 for disposable headpiece per procedure
- 5 procedures a week on 126 machines international is $47,250.00 sales.
- Japan approval expected by Q4 1999, no others seeking approval in Japan
- Share price may be helped by possible filing of an IDE to begin trials on PTMR in 1st half of 2000
- 2nd generation laser to launch in Yr 2000, 1st internationally, cost of manufacture 50% of 1st.
- 2 yr price target of $11.25
- Profitable in Yr 2001, but possibly "sustainably profitable by the second half of 2000"
