Bod, Thanks!!! Fair is Fair :> Looks like the court decision will be later in the week??? Seems like a lot of information needs to be digested by the new Judge...and with tomorrow being a Canadian Holiday, I doubt if much time was spent on it this weekend... BTW, A little confusion here...Is this hearing strictly dealing with the Civil (Levy) Case, on a possible extension of the holding of the $6.9M Exparte funds (and an attempt to freeze more accounts)??? Or, is it also related to the RCMP Exparte??? Any comments are appreciated... Perhaps, someone will clarify this... Regards...Gator
