Hey, Mr. Clark: I think you ought to take a very serious look at MDIX and their software. They've completed the work. The have the software that you've visualized competing in the medical e-commerce market. Why reinvent the wheel here? MDIX software also has a universal interface that allows it to talk with other software--so all systems work in unison with one another....a problem that I think exists for other competing software. Also MDIX's stock is dirt cheap. You could pick this company up for a song. With all due respect...what was obvious to me yesterday reading about you and HLTH in the NY TIMES article is that you have knowledge, money, talent, and a great track record but NO working software.

I think we have earnings after the close. Roger McNamee in a recent Money magazine said that they are headed into a high growth phase. We will see tonight. I loaded up so if sequential revenue growth isn't strong, the scream you hear is me.:-)
