There seems to be overlap that doesn't make sense, then. Because the first table, "Beneficial Owner," lists more than directors and execs... for instance, Sawtooth Capital Management, Robert Simms, etc.

Those people aren't related to the company, are they??

Ooops, late breaking news: I'm a moron. Just found the answer: "(2) Beneficial ownership is determined in accordance with the rules of the Securities and Exchange Commission. For purposes of this table, a person is deemed to be the beneficial owner of securities that (i) can be acquired by such person within 60 days upon the exercise of options or warrants and (ii) are held by such person's spouse or other immediate family member sharing such person's household. Each beneficial owner's percentage ownership set forth below is determined by assuming that options and warrants that are held by such person (but not those held by any other person) and that are exercisable or convertible within 60 days after August 16, 1999, have been exercised or converted."

So, if you just buy stock, you can get to be a "Top Holder," but if you have rights like warrents, options, etc, you're a Beneficial Owner.

I'm a little new at fine print, obviously!
