Same questions keep being brought up... SI doesn't care that much about some parts of TOA such as that and the 20 posts in 6 hours...

do you think someone who might be a "stock tout" would be concerned about falsely "certifying" he/she is of age ... will be interesting if the SI police get info someone is underage....whether they remove their posting rights....but, maybe they're planning a "Kiddie Traders Thread....bring your Pokemon", and they're screening candidates for a new guru
