Mark, the perceived fundamental position is that they have production capacity of $75 MM that can be "easily" increased to $250 MM in a market segment that is destined to grow rapidly, and the perceived position is also that "any minute" now, they are going to get an order. I would agree with you that one looking at their financial statements surely would state that their fundamentals are stinky at best and indicate the verge of bankruptcy. If you take this position, you should ask yourself a simple question, if things are so bad, how come the stock is not collapsing?
