Doesn't it seem like the entire sector is basically in play...telcos, fiber owners, network managers, web hosters, application service providers, etc. The great Bandwidth and Traffic Land Grab seems to be happening now as companies try to secure the rights to carry the next 20 years of digital communication...the underpinning of this information industrial revolution.
