(fwiw) my judgement: As for the language/disparagement issue that is complete DISMISSAL since you can't expect a tiger to change his stripes, you can't give access to free-wheeling discussion/taunting boards and expect to avoid all derogatory references harsher than "goatboy" (a term used extensively on SI in another thread). Unless the attack were persistenly directed at a certain person, a single post is unsubstantial etc. etc. Generally A@P isn't abusive. However he did promote his new stock site again upon returning from suspension for just that. Since he repeated the act that he agreed not to do and was suspended for in the first place, I'd say let justice take its course. It doesn't affect me, so I've abstained altogether. As if it mattered!
