Look at KOPN

They make micro displays

but I prefer GGNS

Another play might be PTIS
they sell equipment to the FPD producers as well at to producers of MRMS optoelectronoics et al. I like PTIS as it does not depend on just one sector of the high tech industry

You might have a look at PANL. They are working with OLEDs. Princeton and USC are doing the basic research. Probably 1-2 years out yet.
Both universities have invested in them fairly recently. First time ever for Princeton. Should be a good sign as to the possibilities.
Panl formed a recent alliance with a manufacturer.
