a sunday thought as tomorrow is thanksgiving in canada. i've spent a fair bit of time in different third world countries and win lose or draw in the market we are all fortunate indeed. tim your thought about spending some time with less fortunate people is right on. not only does it put most things in perspective but you realize that people with troubles seldom have time or energy to hate.
have a pleasant sunday everyone

Row

A sad time for a boater. I hope you did not row the boat all the way to drydock on the Chicago River. <<gg>>

I am very familiar with that journey having done it for well over 20 years. Yes, the architecture is one of the prettiest and it is something to behold. Hope you got to see the tour of the River on Channel 11. I taped it. Wonderful story about the whole river and the buildings. We have such a beautiful lakefront here in Chicago. The beautiful sunrise out of the lake in the morning, and the beautiful sunsets in the evening in our great city.
