Wished I could, but with a shell haven't found it yet. They did go public out of Kansas in 1983, then into oil and gas, and real estate. Last 10Q profit of 750 bucks, good dinner and room @ the Silverado CC in Napa Ca. Just a clean shell looking for someone to buy them up. But I like risk as you know. Wouldn't be in CASA YNOTD or MDMI if I didn't. EOM

Nelx Inc., according to their latest 10-QSB, filed May 14, 1999, NXLI has, as of February 28, 1999, 46,352,042 outstanding shares of common stock, par value $.0001.

I do not know what the float is. According to this filing the company has some short term debt, of around 100K, but does not report any long term debt.

This is posted for what it is worth.
