CSCA Update from RB: By: ROB-ART Reply To: 818 by tompai Monday, 11 Oct 1999 at 12:52 PM EDT Post # of 821 CSCA UPDATE Spoke with Richard Gregory, CSCA, in regards to the status of negotiations. Mark Pierce, the Lawyer for CSCA, was in Florida last week meeting with two private internet companies, that were interested in merging into the CSCA Corporate Shell. Richard has stated thime and again that they WILL NOT do a DEAL if it is not in the CSCA Shareholders BEST INTEREST. Negotiations have hit an impass, and CSCA will not accept a few of the "CONDITIONS" presented by these two companies. Mark flew home for the weekend, and negotiations resume this week. There are OTHER PARTIES interested in CSCA, and there will be NO DEAL UNLESS IT'S GOOD FOR ALL. This may cause a DELAY, but not SUBSTANTIAL.
