The options item re FGI...only FGI shareholders get to vote on that. HLX owners do not, even though within a matter of days they will own a major portion of the new FGH. Somehow this just doesn't seem right. Guess who owns 42% of FGI? Shouldn't be too hard to tack on a mere 9% of the rest to get the options approved. Whoever thought this deal up should have got paid a lot. It's brilliant. (One in my business has to appreciate the art of the deal, regardless of the merits of the deal.) big atoffshore.com
