Jimmy, the errors were made, as Charley said,by early translators. The item you cited was not a passage that seems very important to me, and from your quotes, you are using the King James Version of the Bible which was translated at a time when a number of translations were not quite exact. For instance, the commandment " Thou shalt not kill" has been re-translated from the ancient texts using updated techniques and reads " you will not murder" which fits more correctly with the events that followed after the commandments were given to Moses, such as, the execution of sorcerers, prostitutes, homosexuals, etc. As Charley said, you can look until you are blue in the face and you will no longer find any errors that alter the basic meaning and message of the Bible. Naturally, our Faith can not be proven by scientific testing, nor can evolution, if that is the way you go. If scientific proof is available, there is no need for Faith. That is the whole point of the Bible which you do not get and, probably , never will. But, I say again, that is your problem and your loss....TD
