I must confess to being somewhat of a tightwad... How expensive is a subscription with TheStreet.Com?

Would anyone like to comment on Shorting IPO's?

there seems to be always, somewhere on the Net, on any thread,
someone exclaiming "You can't short them for 30 days", and always the immediately comes the reply, "oh but you can, my dear Watson"!

which is the case?

** and I'd like a subscription to "The Eternal Trials" too!
