It was announced on CNBC that Nasdaq was having another software problem Friday (different than the one Thursday) that caused the time and sales report to be lagging significantly behind the actual trades.

A tip:

I never rely on the nasdaq sales tape.
You can see going prints at various prices but, when you place a trade you won't get an execution.
To me, it looks that, at the market open, many trades are reported at a time but "executed" minutes earlier. Comparing an isld time&sales and a "nasdaq" T&S shows how asynchronous the trades are running.

Since quite a time, I solely stick with ISLD in high-volume stocks near the open. It appears that the ISLD bids and offers are the only ones which are very close to "real-time" - being executable.
I always trade with the ISLD book viewer open.
