dave, maybe this is why small-mid caps are losing in the liquidity battle to large caps :) i would think that sun would also apply this approach to software, perhaps java and jini, allowing them to blindside the IPO blowhards who think patent protection is significant, but that's just mho even with all the horsepower, my inclination is to believe that incremental solutions will be more profitable and palatable for the market, for wary buyers and anxious promoters regards, ynot ;)
