Eiten's toutsheet dated August 1999, the one that landed in my mailbox, stated that ZSUN has 24 M shares outstanding. In fact, it had 27,055,000 shares out as of 6/30/99, according to the form 10 filed with the SEC. Eiten understated the shares by 12%.
