We have good reason to like the prospects for recent IPO Radware (RDWR). The company competes in the fiber channel space with F5 Networks (FFIV). For Radware a move over $31 1/2 targets $39 and a breakout over the old high of $49 signals a long term objective of $74. We are long the stock at $28 1/2. In after-hours trade Radware was last quoted at $33 1/4. On a market cap valuation basis equivalent to F5 we believe Radware could fetch $100. Let's compare companies.

F5 Networks (FFIV)
Recent Price: $ 78 1/16
Float: 7.8 million
Outstanding Shares: 18.6 million
Market Capitalization: $1.46 billion
1998 Revenues: $16 million

... followed by Radware Inc. and Alteon Networks Inc. at 14 percent each

Assuming at the moment their product mix is identical, ATON's mkt cap is $3.32 B and RDWR is &0.451 B. That is a 736% difference, WOW! If everything being equal, RDWR price should be $217, WOW, I'll take half of that <g>.

KC.
