Ridiculous and untrue statement Gary. Do your homework before you make statements like that.

All of MRVC's major new products have BGP4. That's OSR8040, Aranea-1, Red-C 16000, and the partially anounced Zuma 16.

It will appreciate in absence of acquisition for several reasons, including the fact that it's OA subsidiary will be IPO'd soon and it alone is worth 50% more than MRVC's current market cap - and it only comprises 22% of MRVC's revenues.

Other reasons? Check out the specs on their new products. Red-C 16000 blows away the Redback product. Zuma will do the same for FDRY/EXTR when it comes out, NAC has the best Metro DWDM technology out there, which is why JNPR bought in, and Aranea has highly competitive specs to the other Terabit router hopefuls, such as Pluris, Nexabit, Netcore, Avici, and much better than the gigabit entries (JNPR, Argon, CSCO 12012, etc.). HyperChannel is doing extremely well in the European Business-to-business E-Commerce market and is unveiling an online trading hub in 3 days.

There is a lot there now that wasn't there 18 months ago. Take a look sometime.

<< Why to you think MRVC will appreciate in absence of an acquisition? >>

Gary, the best answer I can give you is:

Sector would be too modest to point this post out himself, but I can.

Follow the MRVC board for a few weeks and your eyes will open wider and wider as time goes on by the comparative valuation parameters.
