thank you for your comments ken. However, two mistakes. first, the stock has NOT broken under its 120 MDA. Impossible. Secondly, you don't know the terms of the converable financing for Soundbreak.com I do. While i can not disclose it since it is not public information, I can tell you that it benefits ACRI this PP was significantly oversubscribed. Remember, this is a private convertable deal, not some REG S or REG D public deal that would most certainly kill the stock. ' Either way, you may be right short term on how to read this stock. I also, am looking for a bounce now. Last week's news was expected by all who follow the company. There was more news today on a new CFO to run ACRI not just a subsidiary today. They removed the wink lin from their management staff IMO. We'll see how she reacts today!
