Hal: Bad ticks are bad ticks - they come from the exchange and most services don't clean them up at all much less within two minutes. The best solution to your problem would be for you to lease a seat on the floor of the exchange in Chicago and trade from there. Your view of the battle won't be obscured by the electronic fog of war. Our system doesn't impose 2-3 seconds of delay - the only time you will see that is if your connection to our server gets blocked or if you have your QCharts so heavily loaded down that it isn't handling the load. We don't put any limits on how much you can watch - we leave it to you to determine if your system/bandwidth/connection can handle it. Have you taken my earlier suggestion to get a backup ISP to use when your connection to our servers gets blocked? -- Gibbons
