I'm sure that one set of figures is accurate and when a company is next audited, the books have to balance (as they had in the past). ZiaSun cannot simply have two different sets of figures filed for tax authorities or any other authority, and WHETHER their was a mistake by a specific auditor or not, I do not know at this moment. If you are that concerned by the issue, I suggest you contact ZiaSun directly. Remember that ZiaSun will become a fully reporting company soon and the issue you raise now regarding discrepancies, will be a thing of the past as well as appear to be a minor issue in the eyes of shareholders. I'm just looking forward to the NASDAQ listing. Frank Ching.
