Not much new. Their website has good information and there was a press release on July 6, 1999.

"Pan American Silver Corp. (TSE: PAA; NASDAQ: PAASF) announces that financing has been arranged for the reconstruction of the Dukat silver mine in Magadan, far east Russia. The Dukat mine, Russia's largest silver mine from 1980 until its closure in 1995, will be rebuilt into one of the world's largest, purest and lowest cost silver mines. Projected silver production will be more than 9 million ounces in 2000 and will average 16 million ounces annually for the 15 year mine life. Site construction has begun and first production is expected in the second quarter of 2000."
