TELECOM 99, GENEVA--PixStream Incorporated and iMagicTV today announced the two companies are joining
forces to demonstrate a complete digital TV solution for telcos at Telecom 99. The demonstration is taking place at the
show, October 10-17, in the PixStream/iMagicTV booth (Hall 7, Booth 7003.020). The companies are also joining other
network equipment vendor demonstrations at the show, such as Newbridge Networks (Hall 7, Booth 7172) and Sun
Microsystems (Hall 4, Booth 4263). Telecom 99 is the world's most important telecommunications exhibition and forum
with over 1,000 exhibitors, 200,000 influential visitors and 22 national pavilions.

iMagicTV develops software that enables telcos to increase revenue and reduce costs by providing digital TV services to
consumers over the telcos' existing network. PixStream video networking solutions aggregate video and audio signals from
any digital or analog source, adapt the signals as needed and then transmit them over any network infrastructure. For
example, the PixStream VDS5000 can take in an entire satellite feed containing television and music content, demodulate,
descramble and demultiplex the signals and then transmit them as individual IP multicast streams over a copper wire telco
infrastructure using xDSL technology. Each PixStream VDS5000 video networking system can distribute up to 144
channels of television and music content. PixStream and iMagicTV offer telcos a compelling digital TV solution that can
help generate additional revenue and offer consumers a more robust entertainment experience.

``iMagicTV and PixStream have been working together to offer digital television solutions to telcos around the world for
about two years now,' said Marcel LeBrun, president and CEO of iMagicTV. ``The combination of iMagicTV's software
and PixStream's video networking solutions is a powerful one that telcos have seen tremendous value in and have been
eager to adopt. Today, our combined solution is deployed with both NBTel in New Brunswick, Canada and Kingston
Communications in the UK.'

``PixStream and iMagicTV have developed rock solid business cases that telcos can use to efficiently introduce TV
services to their customers,' said Dave Caputo, vice president of marketing, PixStream. ``Our customers include some of
the largest and some of the smallest telcos in the world. The solutions that we have developed are scalable and can be
configured to fit into any telco infrastructure.'
